It is reported that Lecce is the main competitor to Anderlecht for Alieu Njie, a 21-year-old winger from Torino who has both Swedish and Gambian nationality. Torino is looking to loan out the Swedish youth international for the upcoming season. Njie, who joined Torino in July 2024, is seeking more playing time after making 15 appearances and recording one goal and one assist during the 2025/2026 Serie A season, and Anderlecht is interested. In the past, Njie has also attracted interest from Cercle Brugge, AS Monaco, Genoa, AZ, and clubs from the Premier League and Championship. The player's contract with Torino is valid until 2029. Transfermarkt lists his current market value at €3.00m, while reports from June 2026 suggested a valuation of around €10 million.
