Some sources are linking Anderlecht's 21-year-old Moroccan and Belgian wing-back, Ali Maamar, to two clubs abroad, and FC Twente and Olympique Lyon are reportedly interested in him. The player has gained attention partly due to his performances with the Moroccan youth teams. Both Lyon and Twente have already established contact with Maamar. The amount Anderlecht wants for the player, who has a contract until mid-2028, is not yet known. Last season, he made 24 appearances in the Jupiler Pro League and 16 in the Champions' Play-Offs, in which he provided 5 assists, and he also played 25 games for the club's second team. Transfermarkt estimates his current market value to be €2.50m.
