A Juventus scout will be at the Bentegodi to watch the match between Verona and Parma, according to Tuttosport. The scout will be observing two players: 21-year-old Brazilian forward Giovane and Spanish midfielder Adrian Bernabè. Juventus, along with Roma, have begun to study Giovane, who is valued at 15 million after joining Verona on a free transfer from Corinthians in July. The forward has also attracted interest from AC Milan and Inter. Atalanta could also be a potential suitor, as their manager, Palladino, previously wanted to sign him for Fiorentina.
However, a transfer in the January window is considered unlikely, as Verona sees the player as too important in their effort to remain in Serie A. Giovane has four caps for the Brazil U23 team, is under contract with Verona until June 2029, and has recorded one goal and three assists in 11 Serie A appearances this season.
