The club's search for a left-sided attacker is partly due to uncertainty surrounding Albert Gudmundsson's future. Fiorentina is in negotiations with Leeds United for Gnonto's return to Italy. Last season, Gnonto recorded one goal and four assists over 29 appearances in all competitions. Gnonto, who has 13 caps and one goal for Italy, is under contract with Leeds until June 2028 and has a current market value of €16.00m, according to Transfermarkt. SC Freiburg and Wolverhampton Wanderers have also been linked with him.
