It is reported that Ajax coach Míchel has contacted Bayern Munich's Bryan Zaragoza, a 24-year-old Spanish international, in an attempt to persuade the winger to join the club. The Spanish coach called the player a few weeks ago about a move to the Eredivisie. Zaragoza, who has a contract with Bayern until the summer of 2029, is not expected to get much playing time in Munich next season, making a loan the most likely option.

A significant obstacle for interested European clubs is his annual salary of around six million euros. Bayern is reportedly unwilling to help cover his wages. In addition to Ajax, the newly promoted club Málaga is also said to be interested in the player. The winger, who has three caps and one goal for Spain, has a current Transfermarkt market value of €8.00m. It was reported in June 2026 that Bayern Munich was hoping for a fee around €13 million for a permanent transfer.
