Javi López

In August 2026, reports mention a current Transfermarkt value of €5 million and that Real Sociedad aims to recover a large part of their original investment. A year prior, in August 2025, a transfer to Real Betis for a reported fee of approximately €6 million, including variables, was said to be agreed before it fell through. At that time, his Transfermarkt value was listed at €7.5 million. The available data confirms Real Sociedad completed his transfer from Deportivo Alavés in July 2024 for a fee of €6.5 million.

Our valuation for Javi López is driven by Real Sociedad's desire to recoup a significant portion of the €6.5 million they paid in 2024. This is balanced against a strong, albeit year-old, data point of a collapsed €6 million transfer to Real Betis in August 2025 and his more recent Transfermarkt valuation of €5 million, which reflects his current status after a loan spell.
