Zeno Van Den Bosch: Antwerp Contract Extension
Voetbalnieuws.be reported that the club will attempt to keep Zeno Van den Bosch for at least one additional year.
According to Het Nieuwsblad, an extended stay for Zeno Van den Bosch is once again a possibility. The report states that while an initial round of negotiations in the spring of 2024 did not result in an agreement with Van den Bosch, a new proposal is now being considered. The 22-year-old Belgian defender is generally open to an extended stay, particularly after he turned down Lecce in the summer. The proposal would include a salary increase, though it is uncertain if the amount will be sufficient to convince the youth product. His current contract expires in June 2026, and he has a market value of €8.00m according to Transfermarkt. The Belgium U21 international has made 16 appearances in the Jupiler Pro League this season and has also been linked with Fiorentina.
