There is reportedly increasing interest from clubs in Europe and England in Swansea City's 24-year-old Slovenian striker, Žan Vipotnik. Toulouse, Brighton, and Benfica have been named as interested clubs. It is said that both Benfica and Sporting in Portugal have inquired about the player's situation. The local newspaper O Jogo has reportedly confirmed interest from these local clubs. Interest is also said to exist from English clubs that might compete in the Premier League in the next season but whose status is not yet certain. Swansea have set an asking price of around €30m (£25.8m). The club is not looking to sell the player easily and will only consider what they term an exceptionally high offer. It is reported that some clubs have already been informed of this valuation, and that enquiries have begun to be received. Žan Vipotnik joined Swansea in August 2024 and has a contract until 2030.
