Wolverhampton, under the management of former Fenerbahçe coach Vitor Pereira, has identified Yusuf Akçiçek as their second choice for the left center-back position in a three-man defense. The 19-year-old's strong performance last season at Fenerbahçe has attracted interest from several European clubs such as Marseille, Stuttgart, and Frankfurt. These clubs have shown interest in the promising young defender. Marseille had initially proposed a 15 million Euro offer, which Fenerbahçe found inadequate. The Turkish club is reportedly seeking more than 20 million Euros for Yusuf. Vitor Pereira, now leading Wolverhampton, has included Yusuf in his transfer considerations, aiming to bolster the team’s defense with the young talent.
