Blackburn Rovers and Charlton Athletic are both monitoring the situation of Dundee United vice-captain Will Ferry ahead of the transfer deadline. There is also on-going interest from Major League Soccer, where Vancouver Whitecaps and Real Salt Lake are interested in the 25-year-old Irish midfielder. Ferry joined the Scottish club in July 2024 and his contract is due to expire in June 2027. In the 2025/2026 season, he has made 19 appearances in the Scottish Premiership, providing two assists.
