Aston Villa are interested in Stoke City's 27-year-old Swedish goalkeeper, Viktor Johansson, ahead of the new Premier League season. The newly-promoted clubs Hull City and Ipswich Town are also reportedly interested in the goalkeeper. A transfer to any of the three clubs is considered likely to happen only if there are other changes among the goalkeepers at those respective teams in the coming weeks. Despite this interest, Johansson recently signed a new contract with Stoke City that is valid until 2030.
