Trabzonspor have entered talks with Wolfsburg over a permanent deal for Vaclav Cerny. The German side is keen to sell, and Trabzonspor are confident of landing the Czech international. Rangers have also held conversations with Wolfsburg, but the prospect of a permanent deal seems to be drifting.
