Fenerbahçe has made Alanyaspor's 22-year-old Romanian-Turkish central defender, Ümit Akdağ, a transfer target. Ertan Torunoğulları and Ömer Topbaş are expected to be in Alanya this evening for a meeting between officials from the two clubs to discuss the player's transfer. Akdağ joined Alanyaspor in July 2022 and has a contract with the club until June 2028. He has also been linked with Trabzonspor and Galatasaray. For the 2025/2026 season in the Süper Lig, he has 16 appearances, 1 goal, and 1 assist. He has been capped 10 times for the Romania U21 team, scoring two goals. Reports from January 2026 indicated that Trabzonspor made a €4 million offer for the player, while Alanyaspor's asking price was reportedly €6 million at that time. His current market value is estimated by Transfermarkt at €1.50m.
