Manchester United reportedly declined the opportunity to acquire Chelsea's 19-year-old English winger Tyrique George in exchange for Alejandro Garnacho. According to Fabrizio Romano, United rejected Chelsea's proposal to include the young George in the transaction. Chelsea had been seeking innovative methods to secure Garnacho, whom they have been associated with throughout the summer. Although discussions took place about incorporating Tyrique George in the swap deal, the option was discontinued weeks ago, and George is now under consideration by Roma. The player's contract with Chelsea extends until 2027, and his current market value is €10.00m, as per Transfermarkt; RB Leipzig has also shown interest in the winger.
