AC Monza is interested in Tyrese Asante and has made initial contact with his employer, Maccabi Tel Aviv. Monza's interest is currently the most advanced, although another Italian club and a Turkish club are also interested in the 24-year-old Dutch-Ghanaian defender. Asante is open to a transfer to Monza as he hopes to move to a top-five league, but he does not want to make a hasty decision because of the multiple clubs interested in him. His contract with Maccabi Tel Aviv has one year remaining, with an option for an additional season. Asante, who joined his current club in July 2024, has been capped six times by the Netherlands at the U21 level. His current market value is €2.70m, according to Transfermarkt.
