Beşiktaş submitted a bid worth approximately 3.2 million euros to Viking for the 20-year-old Norwegian and Senegalese defensive midfielder Tobias Moi. The Norwegian club reportedly did not accept the offer because they view the player as an important part of their team. Moi, who joined Viking in January 2025, has a contract that runs until the end of 2029. He has made 9 appearances in the Eliteserien this season and has been capped once for the Norway U21 team. Transfermarkt estimates his current market value to be €1.50m.
