Ted Tattermusch Transfer from Energie Cottbus to Carl Zeiss Jena
Carl Zeiss Jena is seeking a new striker following a serious shoulder injury to top scorer Manassé Eshele, and sporting director Miroslav Jovic is considering a loan deal. According to Bild, a return for Ted Tattermusch, a 24-year-old German, is being internally discussed at the club. Tattermusch played for Jena until last summer, and his twelve goals in 29 games led to interest from several third-division teams before he was signed by Energie Cottbus. He has not yet fully established himself there, having been used twelve times by coach Claus-Dieter Wollitz, scoring one goal and providing one assist, but only starting in three matches. As his contract is valid until summer 2027, a winter loan to Jena is a possibility for him to gain match practice and recover his form. Jovic's goal is to have a new striker by the training start on January 2nd, in time for the club's training camp in Turkey. His current Transfermarkt market value is €175k.
