Teboho Mokoena, a defensive midfielder for Mamelodi Sundowns, is close to moving to Club Brugge, with negotiations believed to be at an advanced stage. The 29-year-old, who has never played outside his home country, is a regular for the South African national team, having earned 50 caps and scored 9 goals. Club Brugge is reportedly seeking a new number six due to the potential departures of Aleksandar Stankovic and Raphael Onyedika. Mokoena had previously been linked with moves to Anderlecht and Cercle Brugge years ago, but a transfer did not happen at that time.
