Sabah have started negotiations with Steve Solvet's camp for a new contract, aiming to keep the 30-year-old Guadeloupean and French centre-back at the club. Solvet's contract with Sabah runs until June 2027. The effort is described as quite difficult, because the player wants to play for a bigger club. The defender has 15 caps and 2 goals for Guadeloupe.
