Stefano Minelli, a goalkeeper born in 1994, who is currently a free agent, is close to joining Udinese. The transfer comes as a surprise shortly after the closure of the Italian transfer market. Minelli will join the first team tomorrow for tests under the supervision of coach Kosta Runjaic. He has previously played for clubs including Brescia, Padova, SPAL, Perugia, Frosinone, Cesena, Sudtirol, Feralpisalò, and Novara, accumulating 158 appearances in Serie B and over 80 in Serie C.
