Fenerbahce is contemplating the transfer of Ștefan Târnovanu should their current goalkeeper, Livakovic, depart at the end of the season. According to Turkish journalist Ekrem Konur, Fenerbahce considers Târnovanu as a potential option. The Romanian goalkeeper, who is currently with FCSB, has a release clause set at 10 million euros. His remarkable performances have drawn attention, as he has managed to keep a clean sheet in 22 of 55 matches this season. Although his market value is estimated at 4.5 million euros, FCSB's owner, Gigi Becali, has placed his transfer price at five million euros, notwithstanding the release clause. Târnovanu's possible transfer is also being monitored by Galatasaray, another prominent Turkish club, which has maintained positive relations with FCSB and is interested in commencing negotiations.
