FSV Mainz 05 has shown interest in signing 23-year-old Japanese winger Shunsuke Mito. According to 'Bild', Sparta Rotterdam is open to negotiations for a transfer fee of three to four million euros. Shunsuke Mito's contract runs until 2028, but he could leave this summer to take the next step of his career in the Bundesliga. Mito, who has one cap for Japan, joined Sparta Rotterdam in January 2024 and has a current market value of €2.00m, according to Transfermarkt.
