RB Leipzig and Eintracht Frankfurt have contacted the Dirección Deportiva of Betis to inquire about the conditions for a potential departure of Sergi Altimira. These inquiries have not yet resulted in formal proposals. In summer 2025, a rejected offer from Eintracht Frankfurt was a loan with an €18.5 million mandatory purchase option plus €4 million in variables.
