The forward Sergey Gribov extended his contract with Akron. The club's official website reported that he signed an agreement for two years. For the upcoming season, he will play for Sokol Saratov on loan. Gribov has been with Akron since February 2024 and has played for the main team since last summer. In the 2024/2025 season, he has nine games in the Russian Premier League and five matches with a goal in the Russian Cup. Akron finished the previous season in ninth place in the Russian Premier League with 35 points.
