Frankfurt's 23-year-old French-Ivorian attacker Elye Wahi, who is set to depart the club this summer, has rejected proposals from both Hull City and Lazio Rome. The player, who has five caps for Ivory Coast, reportedly wishes to facilitate negotiations for a return to Nice, where he was on loan for the second half of the 2025-2026 season. Nice is still attempting to find a formula to reach an agreement with Eintracht Frankfurt for the transfer. According to recent reports from August 2026, Frankfurt's asking price is nearly €10 million. An earlier purchase option for Nice was reportedly set at €12 million in April 2026. Wahi's current market value is €18.00m, according to Transfermarkt.
