RSC Anderlecht shows interest in Sékou Mara, a striker from RC Strasbourg. His potential arrival depends on the departure of Dolberg and/or Vazquez. Anderlecht needs to act quickly as Parma FC and AJ Auxerre are also interested. French journalist Fabrice Hawkins reports ongoing negotiations between Auxerre and Strasbourg for a loan deal.

Anderlecht is reportedly targeting Sekou Mara, who is currently not favored at Strasbourg and is allowed to leave after a year. The Belgian club is keen on signing the 23-year-old French attacker. Mara was acquired by Strasbourg last year from Southampton for 12 million euros. Despite participating in 27 matches, he only scored 3 goals and provided 1 assist during his tenure in France. In addition to Anderlecht, Serie A clubs and Auxerre have expressed interest in him, with Auxerre apparently leading the race and contemplating a loan deal. Mara is presently valued at 5 million euros and has four years left on his contract.
