According to Sabah, Fenerbahçe has targeted Scott McTominay from Napoli and is prepared to spend 30 million euros for the player. It was asserted that Fenerbahçe executive Cihan Kamer held talks with the Napoli management regarding the transfer. It was reported that Scott McTominay responded positively to the interest, but Napoli is reluctant to let him go because it would be difficult to replace the 29-year-old player.

Cihan Kamer from Fenerbahçe recently traveled to Italy by private jet, and the visit was revealed to be for Napoli's 29-year-old Scotland international midfielder, Scott McTominay. He joined the Italian club in August 2024 and his current contract expires in June 2028. McTominay, who has 73 caps and 15 goals for his country, has a current Transfermarkt market value of €40.00m. In recent months, both Real Madrid and FC Barcelona have also been linked with the player.
