Santiago Dalmasso, a 21-year-old Argentinian midfielder from the Boca Juniors reserve team, has been loaned to Platense for one season with no purchase option. Dalmasso was a member of the reserve squad that won the Torneo Clausura and Trofeo de Campeones in 2025, scoring eight goals during the season. The decision by Boca's management to loan him out was influenced by Platense's participation in the Copa Libertadores, in addition to the Apertura, Clausura, and Copa Argentina. The player, who was loaned alongside teammate Mateo Mendía, has already been officially presented by his new club. His contract with Boca Juniors is set to expire at the end of 2029 and his current Transfermarkt market value is €50k.
