Voetbal International reported on Wednesday that Feyenoord is set to approach NEC Nijmegen for Sami Ouaissa in the short term. At De Kuip, the 21-year-old Dutch-Moroccan winger is considered the successor to Anis Hadj Moussa. Voetbal International also reports that VfB Stuttgart, VfL Wolfsburg, and Lille have shown serious interest in the player. Ouaissa is understood to be keen on a move to Feyenoord. The Rotterdam club is aware that NEC will not easily agree to his departure, as his contract runs for another two years. Within Feyenoord, there is a strong belief that a transfer fee of around eight million euros would be a price consistent with the market. Ouaissa joined NEC in January 2024, and in the 2025/2026 season, he scored 6 goals and provided 7 assists in 32 Eredivisie appearances.
