Ronaldo Martínez is leaving Platense to move to Talleres de Córdoba this season, according to TYC, which reports that an agreement has been reached with Platense. The deal will see Talleres de Córdoba pay nearly 3 million US dollars gross for 50 percent of the Paraguayan striker's economic rights, and it also includes bonuses for objectives and 10 percent of a future sale. Ronaldo Martínez will be a reinforcement for Talleres in the next season and is set to sign a three-season contract.

Ronaldo Martínez, a 29-year-old Paraguayan forward, was the top scorer of the Clausura with eight goals and was champion of the Apertura with Platense in mid-2025.
