Moscow's Spartak is showing interest in Palmeiras midfielder Romulo, who is currently on loan at Novorizontino. According to a Brazilian source, Spartak has already indicated its willingness to pay more than €6 million for Romulo. Negotiations between the parties have not yet resulted in an agreement. The transfer window in Russia will remain open until September 11, leaving clubs time to reach an agreement.
