Reports previously indicated that the player would be transferring to Lisbon's Sporting. The Portuguese club has registered Mangas for the 2025/2026 season, and his profile now appears on the official website of the Portuguese league with the number 19. Ricardo also took to social media to bid farewell to Spartak. Mangas had joined Spartak from Vitória Guimarães in September 2024, during which he played in 19 matches and scored three goals in all competitions. His transfer value is estimated at €2.5 million, and his new contract with Sporting will run until June 30, 2029.
