Răzvan Sava, a 23-year-old Romanian, decided to return to Superliga and will be the new goalkeeper of Universitatea Craiova. A total agreement exists between Udinese and Universitatea Craiova for Sava to be loaned for one season with an option for a permanent transfer. The goalkeeper is expected to undergo a medical examination and sign the contract within the next hours. On June 18, 2026, Nicolò Schira reported that the deal for Razan Sava to move to UCraiova from Udinese was done and confirmed, and that medicals and signing were expected within the next 36 hours. Sava joined Udinese in August 2024 and made 7 appearances in Serie A during the 2025/2026 season. The uncapped Romanian international has a current market value of €2.50m, according to an estimate by Transfermarkt. Universitatea Cluj had also been linked with the player.
