VfB Stuttgart intends to sign a striker in January as a replacement for Nick Woltemade, who has moved to Newcastle United. BILD reports that Rafiu Durosinmi, a 22-year-old Nigerian striker from Viktoria Plzen, is on the list of candidates for the German club. The list of candidates under consideration also reportedly includes Promise David of Union, Arnaud Kalimuendo from Nottingham Forest, William Osula of Newcastle, and Jeremy Arevalo of Racing Santander. Durosinmi joined the Czech club in July 2023 and has a contract valid until June 2026. His current market value is €6.50m, according to Transfermarkt. In the 2025/2026 season, he has scored 5 goals in 14 Chance Liga appearances. Lazio has also been linked with the striker.
