Following his loan spell at Bristol City from Manchester United, it has been suggested that Ipswich Town should target 22-year-old goalkeeper Radek Vitek this summer. Manchester United have set a price of around £10 million for Vitek, a fee that has been described as a sensible option for Ipswich. During his time at Bristol City, interim manager Roy Hodgson stated that based on his observations, Vitek has all the attributes to be a Premier League goalkeeper. It is thought that several clubs will probably be interested in signing the player, and Ipswich manager Kieran McKenna, who was previously a coach at United, is being encouraged to use his connections to pursue a deal.
