The deal between FC Midtjylland and Bournemouth is finalized, with the transfer fee amounting to 7 million euros, equivalent to just over 52 million Danish kroner. This price includes various bonuses, and if it reaches this level, Philip Billing will become the most expensive purchase in the history of the Danish Superliga.

The Danish midfielder, Philip Billing, is reportedly in advanced talks to join Midtjylland. Billing, who gained recognition for his six-month loan stint at Napoli under the management of Antonio Conte last season, is expected to depart from Bournemouth. Sky Sports UK has reported that the discussed transfer package includes a permanent move with a total fee of approximately 5 million GBP (nearly 6 million EUR). Billing initially joined Bournemouth in the summer of 2019 from Huddersfield for about 14 million GBP. The sale would be financially beneficial for Bournemouth as it would relieve them of his salary, which is approximately 1.5 million EUR annually.
