The Spanish first division club Espanyol Barcelona is closely monitoring defender Phil Neumann, a 28-year-old German who is under contract at Birmingham City until 2028. The former Germany U20 international joined the club on a free transfer in July 2025, a year after Hannover 96 reportedly rejected a €4 million offer for him. Neumann has also been linked with Bologna. According to Transfermarkt, his current market value is €3.00m.
