Petar Pfeifer Transfer from Rijeka U19 to Mura
Croatian attacking midfielder Petar Pfeifer, 19, has joined Mura from Rijeka's youth team as part of a partnership agreement between the clubs. He is one of three young players to move from Rijeka, along with Mario Aščić and Šimun Butić. Pfeifer, who spent part of his football education at Dinamo Zagreb and was a member of Croatia's youth national teams, has almost no senior football experience and played two matches for the Croatia U18 team. His contract with Rijeka was set to expire in June 2027. Mura's coach, Mitja Mörec, commented that Pfeifer will increase competition in the midfield and can also play on the wing. Mörec added that the player's involvement with Croatia's youth selections shows his potential and expressed hope that he would continue to develop with the team.
