Le Havre is seeking to sign 34-year-old Swedish goalkeeper Patrik Carlgren after their first-choice goalkeeper, Lionel Mpasi-Nzau, suffered a serious injury. They are in competition with Nantes of the French second division, who are also seeking a goalkeeper following an injury to their second-choice, Alexis Mirbach. Carlgren, whose contract with Nantes expired in the summer, has received offers from both clubs and is expected to make a decision soon. A return to Nantes is considered the more likely option.
