Patrick Drewes Transfer from VfL Bochum 1848 to Borussia Dortmund
According to 'Ruhr Nachrichten', Patrick Drewes is transferring from VfL Bochum to Borussia Dortmund as the third professional goalkeeper. The 32-year-old played 21 Bundesliga games for VfL Bochum last season before losing his starting spot in the second half of the season to his same-age colleague Timo Horn. At Borussia Dortmund, Drewes is set to become the third-choice goalkeeper. Meanwhile, Borussia Dortmund's current third-choice goalkeeper, 23-year-old Diant Ramaj, is expected to be loaned out for another season to gain more playing experience at a high level.
