This development follows reports suggesting that Ajax Amsterdam is currently the leading contender to secure the Red Bull Salzburg player, with whom they are believed to have already reached an agreement. Nevertheless, VfB Stuttgart has also expressed considerable interest in the 21-year-old, particularly after their former target, Giannis Konstantelias, became unavailable. It is reported that initial discussions between Stuttgart and Salzburg have occurred, but Leipzig's interest introduces additional complexity to Gloukh's potential transfer. Gloukh's contract with Salzburg remains valid until June 2027, and his market value is estimated by Transfermarkt to be €20.00m. Besides the clubs mentioned in the report, Roma and Porto have also been associated with the player.
