Chelsea reportedly have a renewed interest in Manchester City's Oscar Bobb. The player was linked with a move to Stamford Bridge in 2024 and Chelsea are once again interested in signing him amid his uncertain future with Pep Guardiola’s side. According to Chelsea journalist Simon Phillips, Enzo Maresca’s side are competing to sign him. Phillips has revealed that a transfer for the Norway international is conditional on Chelsea offloading Pedro Neto.
