Manchester United are interested in Paraguay goalkeeper Orlando Gill due to his shotstopping display. United are in need of greater goalkeeper depth and may make an approach for the 26-year-old San Lorenzo custodian, who has 10 caps for his country. Gill joined the Argentinian club in January 2025 and his contract runs until the end of 2027. Several other European clubs, including Torino and Lazio, have also reportedly been interested in the goalkeeper, whose market value is estimated by Transfermarkt to be €6.00m. Reports from July 2026 mentioned a release clause of €7 million, with San Lorenzo's asking price increasing to over €6 million during the same period, up from a reported asking price of between €3 million and €5 million in June 2026.
