According to a report from Fabrizio Romano, two unnamed Bundesliga clubs were interested in Omar Janneh. Borussia Mönchengladbach has been identified as one of the interested clubs in the 19-year-old Spanish-Gambian FC Lausanne-Sport forward. Janneh, a 17-time Spanish U19 international, has scored four goals for that side. He moved to the Swiss club in January from Atlético Madrid's youth team for approximately two million euros and has since recorded eight goals and two assists in 17 appearances. It is expected that Lausanne will seek a multiple of their initial investment to sell the player after six months. His contract is valid until 2030, and his value is estimated to be between eight and eleven million euros. Lazio Rom, Udinese Calcio, Sporting Lissabon, FC Getafe, and some clubs from France are also monitoring him.
