A club has announced that they have signed Leicester City's Oliver Skipp on a season-long loan.

Oliver Skipp is valued at £12m.

Oliver Skipp, a 25-year-old who signed from Tottenham for approximately £25m, has experienced two consecutive relegations. There were periods last season where he performed well in the Championship, and he has also played in the Premier League with Spurs and earned promotion with Norwich City. City will incur a financial loss on him, with a potential fee being around the £8m mark.

Oliver Skipp, since joining from Tottenham, has failed to establish himself as a key player at Leicester City. With multiple defensive midfielders at the club and having fallen down the pecking order, Skipp is seeking regular first-team action which Leicester is unlikely to provide. It remains to be seen if he can secure an exit in the summer.
