According to Mozzart sport, the Serie A club Sassuolo has sent an official confirmation to Partizan for Ognjen Ugrešić. The offer reportedly consists of a fixed amount of €6,000,000, an additional €2,000,000 in bonuses described as easily achievable, and would be paid in installments over the duration of his contract. This is unacceptable for the club from Humska 1, particularly because of their current financial situation.

Sassuolo and Bologna are both pursuing the signing of 19-year-old Serbian central midfielder Ognjen Ugrešić from his current club, Partizan, which he joined in January 2025.
