Nemanja Gudelj will move to Getafe as a free agent for a new period of his career in La Liga. Royal Antwerp FC was also interested in signing the 34-year-old Serbian defensive midfielder, however a deal was not completed because the player's salary was a major difficulty for the Belgian club. Udinese had also been linked with the player. Gudelj is returning to Spain, where he has played before for Sevilla. According to Fabrizio Romano, an agreement with Getafe has been reached and the transfer is in its final stages. Gudelj has 75 caps and one goal for Serbia, and his market value is currently €2.00m according to Transfermarkt.
