Néider Parra, a 21-year-old Colombian defender for Atlético Nacional, has attracted interest from Europe. According to Julián Capera, scouts from Premier League and Serie A clubs were present to watch him play against Junior. Representatives from the English teams Brighton and Bournemouth were specifically in attendance to observe the defender. Porto, Ajax, and Palmeiras were also monitoring the player. It is said that other English clubs, including Leeds United and Hull City, have been paying attention. Their scouting departments are reportedly in Colombia. It is believed that Atlético Nacional is internally considering a valuation of approximately $3 million for 80% of the player's rights, although this figure is not a formal offer from any club. Parra joined Atlético Nacional in February 2026 and is under contract until June 2028. This season, he has made 11 domestic league appearances and provided two assists. His current market value is €800k, according to Transfermarkt.
