Tottenham signed 25-year-old Ukrainian winger Mykhailo Mudryk on a season-long loan after facing competition from other Premier League sides, including Leeds, Coventry, Brentford and Sunderland. It was understood that Chelsea preferred sending the winger to their sister club Strasbourg, but the player wanted to remain in the English top flight. His contract with parent club Chelsea expires in June 2031. Mudryk has made 28 appearances for Ukraine, scoring 3 goals.
