Le Havre AC is nearing an agreement to sign Moussa Diarra. The versatile Malian defender has reached an agreement with the club from Normandy on the terms of his future contract. Discussions are ongoing between Le Havre and Alavés to agree on the terms of the transfer. L’Equipe reports that negotiations are progressing positively and that a final agreement appears increasingly likely. Diarra is under contract with the Spanish club until June 30, 2028, and earns an annual salary of 790,000 euros at Deportivo Alavés.

According to AS, Alavés must let three players depart, including Moussa Diarra, in order to finalize the transfer of Urko Izeta or any other signing during the January transfer window.
